If you need a replacement or extra DVD that we recorded, send us a message on the Contact page and we will tell you how much we will charge.  In general, if you send the damaged DVD to us we will replace it for actual shipping charges.  Sorry but burned DVD's are more fragile than mass-produced DVDs ( Blockbuster-style DVDs are less fragile but the minimum order is 10,000 DVD's ) and cannot tolerate fingerprints or ANY scratches.  We will email an invoice to you, you can pay below, and we will ship.
